MES Module
The office plan and the shop floor, in the same moment.
The MES module unifies shop-floor terminals, OEE, real-time monitoring and work-order execution on one data model. It carries the ERP work order to the floor and brings floor reality back instantly, closing the gap between plan and actual.
Shop-floor terminals, OEE and real-time production.
Overview
What it does
A live floor instead of paper work orders and end-of-day data entry. The MES module unites terminals, machines and operators on the same data; the work order is executed on the floor and progress and downtime return to the ERP instantly.
Scope
Sub-categories of MES
Each sub-category manages a part of this process — all on the same data.
Shop-Floor Terminals
Operators pull, start and report the work order from a terminal; paper disappears.
OEE & Efficiency
Measure availability, performance and quality and track OEE by line and machine.
Real-Time Monitoring
Follow line status, progress and scrap live; see deviation the moment it happens.
Work-Order Execution
Execute the ERP work order on the floor; write back consumption and time automatically.
Roles
Who is it for?
The same data, a different view for each role.
Operator
Execute the work order from the terminal; report progress and downtime in one tap.
Shift Supervisor
Watch the live line board, catch bottlenecks and scrap instantly, re-prioritize.
Production Manager
Track OEE and on-time delivery live; manage efficiency with data.
Connection
How a work order runs on the floor
MES is not an isolated floor system. The ERP work order lands on the terminal, runs on the floor, and real data returns instantly to the ERP and costing.
ERP Work Order
The plan lands on the floor.
Floor Terminal
The operator executes.
Real Time
Progress, downtime, scrap.
OEE & Write-Back
ERP and cost update.

Ask your floor questions in natural language; Sonia analyzes live data, prepares the summary or alert report and brings it for your approval — the final decision is always yours.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does it link with the ERP work order?
A work order opened in the Production module lands on the floor terminal; as the operator runs it, consumption, time and scrap are written back to the ERP automatically.
How is OEE calculated?
Availability, performance and quality rates are measured from floor data and multiplied into OEE; it is tracked by line, machine and shift.
Does it work with existing machines?
Terminals support manual reporting; on capable machines data can be collected directly via IoT/automation. It works integrated with the Maintenance and IoT side.
