Ainos PLM Module
From product idea to retirement — one lifecycle.
Ainos PLM unifies design, revisions, engineering changes, technical documents and sampling on one data model. Every product version stays traceable, so production and procurement always work from the right revision.
The full product lifecycle, from idea to retirement.
Overview
What it does
One truth instead of scattered design files and “which revision is valid?” doubt. Ainos PLM gathers the product, its revisions and technical documents on the same data; once a change is approved it flows into the bill of materials and production.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does a revision change reach production?
An approved engineering change is written into the BOM; open work orders appear in the impacted list and new production starts from the valid revision.
Where are technical documents kept?
Drawings and specifications are stored bound to the product revision; versioning and access rights run together with the Document Management module.
Can the sampling process be tracked?
Sample request, prototype trial and customer approval are tracked stage by stage; after approval the product can move to serial production.
